Questions about pricing
What does the price include?
Every price covers the full visual inspection of the property and the written report, with photos of each finding and a plain-English note on what it means and who fixes it. There is no separate report fee.
How is the price decided?
By property type and square footage. Find your property type above, then the size band that matches. The quote you are given when you book is the price you pay.
Do raised foundation homes cost more?
Yes. Add $150 for any raised foundation property, whether or not the crawlspace is fully accessible.
Are these prices fixed?
They are our posted fees for tract homes and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to charge reasonably higher fees for high-end, complex or custom homes, including any property listed above $1,000 per square foot.
Can I add a sewer scope or a pool inspection?
Yes, and both are cheaper added to a home inspection. A sewer camera inspection is $299 alongside an inspection against $475 on its own. A pool and spa inspection is $375 alongside an inspection against $475 on its own.
What if the building needs an SB-721 or SB-326 balcony inspection?
SB-721 is priced by unit count and starts at $1,500 for a three to four unit building. SB-326 condo and HOA balcony inspections are quoted individually. Call and we will scope it with you.
