When should I schedule?
Buyers: as soon as your offer is accepted, early in the contingency window. Sellers: before you list. Warranty: month ten or eleven of the builder warranty.
Do I need to be there?
You are welcome and it helps. Most clients arrive for the last 30 to 45 minutes to walk the findings with the inspector.
How do I pay?
Card when you sign the pre-inspection agreement, or a check on the day.
