Starlight Realty is the brand behind Audrey's work with buyers and sellers across Carlsbad, Oceanside, and greater North County.
Public DRE records list Audrey Leigh Muir as a California broker (license issued January 23, 2025; salesperson since July 17, 2012). Mailing / main office: 1902 Right Pl, Carlsbad, CA 92008.
Many MLS transactions also show Crescent Bay Properties as the brokerage of record, an affiliated office relationship on her license history. On this site, Starlight is how clients know her brand.
